What is a "Lingerie Letter"?

A Lingerie Letter is a personalized and fun message sent from one party to another. They are a unique gift idea, and a great way to show someone that you care! Lingerie Letters are ideal for gifts between friends, lovers, and secret admirers - both male and female.

What is included in a Lingerie Letter?

Our products consist of the following:

  1. A product from our signature line of panties and lingerie
  2. A silver or gold tag printed with your personal message [Sample Messages]
  3. A sleek black envelope (or a box for premium sets)
  4. Sensual Ribbon
  5. A heart sticker (ribbon for premium sets)
  6. The chance for your special someone to respond

What sizes of your products are available?

Most of our products are "one size fits most", and feature adjustable portions to accommodate many different sizes. For example, our Deluxe Panty features ribbon on each side which can be easily adjusted. Click here to see an example.

Can I include a customized message in my order?

Yes! This is part of the fun - we encourage you to be flirty and creative! Your message will appear on a tag with the product. Click here to view sample messages.

Panty on the Vine will not edit your message, and does not check for errors. Please note that we reserve the right to deny and refund any order which contains a message that is extremely inappropriate, in our opinion. If you do not choose a personalized message, we may contact you and/or choose a message on your behalf.

How does the response message work?

When your special someone receives your gift, there will be instructions included on how to respond to your message. If they are interested, they will be directed to this page, where they can enter a message to you.

We will then forward the message along to you. Your personal information and e-mail address are never shared - great for secret admirers!

Shipping Methods

How can I delay shipment?

You may delay shipment by entering in a requested arrival date when you order your product. You may select a date up to thirty (30) days from today's date. Once received, orders are typically processed for two (2) business days before being shipped. Orders which require immediate shipping (Express orders, for example) may be processed sooner. Please note that delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Can I send an order internationally?

Panty on the Vine delivers to the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the United States Military. Please note that delivery time may vary for orders shipped outside the continental United States or to military addresses.

If you want to ship an order to a location not listed above, please contact us first. We reserve the right to cancel any order being shipped to an international location, or invoice the purchaser for additional shipping and handling.

How are products packaged?

Our products are discreetly packaged in a packaging envelope or box, which does NOT contain your information - your personal information is in no way on the package. Inside, a second envelope/box, sealed with a heart sticker, contains the lingerie.

The recipient will not know what is inside until both the outside and inside envelopes/boxes are opened. The return address on the box will state our company name, "Quad Two LLC", and will not mention Panty on the Vine.


How are products delivered?

Unless otherwise noted, our products are typically sent First Class via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and packaged as mentioned above. Panty on the Vine reserves the right to utilize a different shipping company or method.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives promptly! After orders are received, it takes approximately two (2) business days to process your order. During this time, you may change any of your order information by contacting us. Orders which require immediate shipping (Express orders, for example) may be processed sooner.

After processing, orders are shipped out (or held until your requested shipping date), and typically arrive within five (5) business days. If you have selected a quicker shipping method (such as Priority or Express Mail), the product will arrive quicker.

Delivery times are estimated and we do not guarantee delivery on or by a specific date or time. Delivery may take longer for any orders sent outside of the continental United States or to military addresses.

If I send a Lingerie Letter anonymously, can the recipient find out who sent it?

No, not unless you tell him/her yourself! We will not reveal any personal information about you on the product or envelope. Additionally, your name is NOT on the tag or product in any way unless you've included it in your message.

If you want your recipient to know who the gift is from, simply add your name to the personal message.

Order Information

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. Your information is secure, as we use PayPal (a secure third-party) to preserve our customers' information. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

"PAYPAL *P ONTHEVINE" will appear on your credit card statement for all orders.

How does PayPal authorize my payment method?

Please refer to the PayPal Help Center. More information is available here.

How may I change or modify an order?

Simply contact us as soon as possible, and inform us that you would like to modify your customized message or change your shipping information. We will attempt to accommodate your request and will send you a confirmation e-mail if the order has not yet been packaged or processed through our system. Typically, orders are processed and shipped out within two (2) days; however, this is an estimate and your order may be shipped on a different date. Orders may not be cancelled once processed by Panty on the Vine.

It is not necessary to submit a second order through PayPal, as we may then attempt to ship both orders.

How can I locate my order?

If you have been provided a tracking number for a USPS package, you can enter this information at USPS.com. The majority of our products arrive within five (5) business days. If your order has not been received after this time, please feel free to contact us, and we will attempt to determine the location of your order.

Please note that Panty on the Vine utilizes USPS and other third party shipping companies to fulfill orders. If the shipping company utilized by Panty on the Vine confirms that your order was delivered (or delivery was attempted) through tracking or by any other means, we are not responsible for any further investigation, replacement, or refund.

We do not verify and are not responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address that you provide. Please review shipping addresses carefully at USPS.com. If it is determined that the shipping address provided is incorrect, we are not responsible for providing a replacement product or refund. If the order is returned to us for any reason by the shipping company, we will contact you and attempt to re-ship the order after receipt of payment of a re-processing fee for the additional shipping and handling.

If your order was not received, and the shipping company utilized by Panty on the Vine can not find or place your order, we may contact the shipping company at our discretion and file a claim. Orders will be handled on a case to case basis.

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final.
